COLLAB Small Grant Program

Applications open 1 August 2025

The PMF Foundation is pleased to announce the launch of the 2025 COLLAB Small Grant Program.

This Small Grant Program has been designed to facilitate meaningful partnerships with like-minded organisations to collectively achieve shared goals.

By collaborating, grantees can enhance their impact, expand reach, and scale efforts more effectively. Working together not only maximises resources but also accelerates progress toward common objectives.

Additionally, we anticipate that this program will nurture long-term relationships, laying the foundation to continue to drive sustainable change and innovation in the community for many years to come.

The 2025 COLLAB Small Grant Program invites applicants to apply for funding from $1,000 to $20,000.
